Vivian Simonelli, Managing Partner

With a background in recruitment and human resources, Vivian has over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry. Vivian’s extensive experience covers human resource development, consulting and business development across the aerospace, defence, energy, ICT, manufacturing and mining sectors. Vivian commenced her career in Telstra’s Corporate Human Resources unit, where she worked on a number of projects including the Senior Management Assessment Program.

In 1998, Vivian accepted the role of National Manager-Contracting with The Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers Australia. She subsequently was employed by Cadden Crowe for six years and was employed by Kelly Executive to establish their engineering practice. In 2011, Vivian became the Managing Principal for StuartSimon Pty Ltd and delivered high-end search and contract solutions to blue-chip companies across Australia and offshore. Vivian maintains a close relationship with industry groups and sits on industry committees such as Women in Resources Victoria (WiRV) and the Victorian State Government. In 2010, Vivian was invited by the State Government to develop and rollout a Pilot Program designed to improve the attraction and selection of international engineering candidates.

Stuart King, Partner and Principal Consultant

Stuart King has 15 years industry experience consulting both internally and externally within the defence, engineering, energy and mining sectors. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree from Monash University and has previously worked for Bayside Personnel, The Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia, Cadden Crowe, Kelly Executive and StuartSimon. During this time he has been seconded to Rio Tinto and OZ Minerals to manage their internal graduate recruitment programs. He has also has completed consulting assignments for Zinifex (MMG), Nyrstar and the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet.
